This program is an intervention designed to equip children with the knowledge, skills, and supportive environment they need in order to lead healthier lives by choosing nutritious diets and being physically active.

Kids ages 1 - 6
In this program, Kids are introduced with a new fruit and vegetable each session.

This program is a discussion based, 4 part series that promotes individuals and families to eat foods from all five food groups every day; to eat less solid fats, added sugars, and sodium every day; and to be physically active.
