Event Details
This program is a discussion based, 4 part series that promotes individuals and families to eat foods from all five food groups every day; to eat less solid fats, added sugars, and sodium every day; and to be physically active. While it is recommended to attend all parts of the series, they can easily stand by themselves for a program. As the title suggests, this curriculum is meant for families and children are welcome at the program.
