Join us for this fun and active workshop where we will be participating in exercises while learning about their health benefits.  There are many benefits of getting fit and staying fit in our senior years, some which include:  decreased stress, decreased risk of injury, increased mind/body connection, increased bone mass, increased metabolism and many more, so sign up today!  No experience necessary. Comfortable clothes and shoes are recommended.

This program will be virtual and can be viewed from home via Zoom or in the library.
