Meditation is the number one tool to help us relax, release stress, create focus and virtually heal just about any part of us; mind, body and spirit. Studies have been conducted on the topic for years. When we practice meditation we can literally shift the energy of our mind and body to peace and even joy, which allows our bodies to heal on their own. Yet most of us struggle with mind chatter and old limiting beliefs. As we learn to get out of our head and tune into our body and heart center, we can take control of our Health and Happiness. Come learn breathing and meditation techniques for relaxation and self empowerment. A guided healing meditation will help anchor in new, positive thoughts and feelings.
