A Facebook account is not necessary. Anyone anywhere in the world with internet can view it. This is because the Oxnard Public Library Facebook account is PUBLIC, which means it is viewable to anyone with or without a Facebook account.
1) Go to https://www.facebook.com/oxnardpubliclibrary
Once there, if prompted to create an account, just click "not now"
2) Scroll down the page and when they see your concert in progress, they just need to click the two arrows in the bottom corner to expand the screen.
