In Part One, Dr. Price, Director of the Perioperative Cognitive Anesthesia Network for Alzheimer's Disease and Related Dementias, University of Florida, will discuss pre-surgery brain care strategies and how to improve your chances for a positive outcome. She will also address signs of a delirium and how to assess delirium. Then Alzheimer’s Community Educator Julie Roca will share tips that will help you recognize common signs of the disease in yourself and others and next steps to take, including how to talk to your doctor.
