Program Description

Event Details

"Mindfulness is about simply focusing on the task at hand to the exclusion of other distractions. It is about living a more fulfilling life because we are paying attention to each thing we do. Whether talking on the phone, walking the dog or brushing our teeth, when we pay attention to what we are doing, we develop a deeper appreciation for the richness of even the simplest of life's activities. In this class, we will learn some Mindfulness practices including meditation and how to accomplish daunting, complex tasks by breaking them down into small mindful steps."
