Retired NYCPD Homicide Supervisor will discuss the book "A Measure of Justice" by JT Hunter.
The purpose of this lecture is to educate people on the issues associated with one witness identification. This varies from people who intentionally fabricate stories for revenge or from people who "think" they see what they want to see.
I will bring up various types of criminal cases such as homicides, robbery or even rape where innocent people have been arrested and then I uncovered the truth before the trial date.
I retired in 1993 after 23 years and obtained my New York PI license in 1994 along with my Maryland and Washington D.C license. My very first homicide case for a Brooklyn defense attorney was an eye opener which actually changed my wa y of thinking.
