Animals have been the inspiration for stories, myths and legends since the dawn of time. They have been our trusted companions, our backyard invaders, and feared predators. Find out about their amazing features by exploring how they move, see, and evade predators. Discover defenses like powerful electricity, toxic venom, and gooey slime. We’ll test some reaction times to see if anyone can outrun a cheetah, and then explore how mystical beasts may have been inspired by ancient animal ancestors in this fun-filled event about our animal friends and foes.

SUPPLY LIST

Materials needed from home (if you don't have the EXACT item, it's OK! If you have something similar, it should work!)

- A Plate

- A Ball of Play Dough (or similar dough)

- Small, Hard Animal Toys (Something that could make a footprint). If you don't have this, don't worry! You can use your hand!
