All youth are at risk of exposure to pornography and online predators. Many are pressured into sending nudes. Even if parents monitor screen time usage and delay smartphones, children aged four to eighteen may stumble across porn accidentally or have a friend show them. Ongoing conversations about these online dangers are necessary. In this workshop, Barb empowers parents and grandparents to have age-appropriate discussions with their children about sex, pornography, and other online dangers. Barb uses personal stories and professional experience to come alongside parents and grandparents and equip them with the skills necessary to tackle these sensitive conversations.
