A fall injury prevention program, sponsored by The Florida Department of Health in Sumter County.
The long-term goal of this project is to reduce the number of Sumter County residents who fall and injure themselves, each year. This program involves a health education presentation using the “Falls House”, a team from the Sumter County Medical Reserve Corps, supported by The Florida Department of Health in Sumter County, will review the various hazards in your home and how to prevent falls.
